Bab 270: New Home, New Life With Aslan

The house was really simple. There was only one room with a table and two wooden dining chairs. At the end of the room, there was a bed that was also medium-sized, which was directly opposite the window. The kitchen was also right next to the dining table. 

Aslan saw a ladder near the kitchen and went up. There was nothing there. Maybe he could renovate it himself later. Aslan came back down and saw a cupboard that Miss Lynn had prepared beforehand.

"It's all old furniture and utensils. I was just helping clean them earlier," said Miss Lynn as Aslan pulled the plates out of the cupboard and checked their condition.

"I could only do this much. I couldn't fix the faucet or the leaky roof."

"It's perfect. You did your best, Miss 2," Aslan said, making Lynn smile lopsidedly.

"I also made some food, but it's probably cold by now."
