Bab 153: Strolling Around

"We'll talk about that topic another time. You have to sleep so you don't fall asleep tomorrow and make people worry again."

Rosie sighed in disappointment. Her eyes were still wide open. She wasn't sleepy at all, but Aslan covered Rosie's eyes with his hand, forcing her to sleep. Maybe Aslan was tired, so the man asked her to sleep.

Rosie let go of Aslan's hand from her and held it tightly instead.

"Good night, Aslan. Sweet dreams."

"Good night, Roseanne," Aslan replied, closing his eyes.

Morning came quickly. Rosie didn't get a wink of sleep. She tried to close her eyes many times, but her consciousness still kept her awake. Her head was full of all kinds of thoughts.

Even when Aslan fell asleep in her embrace while slightly snoring, Rosie didn't feel sleepy at all. All night, she could only accompany Aslan to sleep, stroking the man's hair without closing her eyes at all.
