She had never thought that she would be asked to give her necklace. It would be.. 

"But I have been wearing it for so long. I did not want to part with the thing I had cherished for so long. I do not need such a rare gem but what belongs to me, I hope you will understand that princess.`` She held her dress tightly in her hands and bowed her head instantly to seek forgiveness.

"Oh my, what a rude child! She is getting such rare treasure in exchange for a useless stone yet she was putting airs!" 

"Right! If i would have been at her place, i would have felt honored that the princess had come to me and had asked for the necklace that holds no value."

The people around them started to comment, making Wendy's face redder.

She was still bowing so the hatred and pure desire to get rid of this so-called princess had been hidden with their eyes but Renee knew.
