Bab 212: Her Ulterior Motives

"Aaahhhhhh!" The shriek was so strong that all the maids winced at once.

They looked at the woman with pity and the princess with bewilderment. Their princess had never been so clumsy. What had happened to her today?

"Oh my! I am so sorry, teacher. Was the tea so hot?" asked Renee as she blinked her eyes.

She could see the eyes of Lilith had already turned red with tears and small blisters will form for sure on her soft and fair hands.

"Lucy, will you go and bring the first aid from my room?" asked Renee with a raised brow when Lucy who was about to open the drawer stopped and raised her head to stare at her mistress with confusion.

"But, princess, the first aid box is.." 

"This is not the time to ask questions Lucy, could you not see the lady is suffering? Go to my room and bring back the first aid box at once." this time her voice was suggestive as she cut Lucy in between.
