Those were the sounds of a hand knife slicing through bodies.

Casio averted his gaze, changing his direction and striding some distance away. At an unnoticeable corner, he used both his hands to climb over the wall, landing without a sound underfoot due to his effort.

He stood in the middle of a patch of overgrown weeds, carefully treading through while deliberately avoiding the rubble strewn on the ground.

Near a slightly damaged window...

Casio steadied himself, peering inside from the side.

It was a spacious church; the white marble floor was blanketed with gray dust and debris, cobwebs filled the corners, and an array of black and white objects were occasionally piled up. The originally religious carvings on the church walls were now obscure.

A series of white pillars surrounded the church hall.

In the center, a figure robed in black walked slowly.
