The Magic Guild and the Library were both built on the third floor of the Mage Tower; such structures could not be built outside, as the books inside were of great importance to Qin Muye.

After placing the magic books in the Magic Guild and all the skill books in the Library, it had turned to night after all the organizing was done.

As for various blueprints, Qin Muye had learned them all, since he could teach them to others later on, achieving the same effect through oral instruction.
