The chaotic beings believed themselves to be superior to humans. Because their regeneration speed and strength were greater than people at the same level, they started to think like that. But their processing ability, inability to control their emotions, and irrationality said that they were in no way better than humans.

They referred to themselves as True Humans to differentiate themselves from people who hadn't accepted Chaos. Such people were taken as their food. That's why they defined humans as sub-humans. They were a source of replenishment for True humans.
