Bab 104: [Bonus Chapter] Roy vs. Damari

This cave was very big, more than 15 kilometers maybe.

Many groups of 4-5 attacked him as he headed inside.

But he slew all of them in a familiar fashion, burning them to ashes with fire.

Finally, after an hour, he could be seen standing before a 30-meter gateway made out of swirling gray mist that separated the part of the cave where he was from whatever was inside.

Roy gazed at it. "What a unique-looking thing." He touched it and saw it rippling like water. With a little bit of force, he was able to push his hands inside it. "The Lord of the fire temple might be behind it. I guess I've no choice but to go through it."

And then… he crossed it, entering the other side.

『Ding! You've stepped on the Volcano-Suppressing Bridge.』

The bridge was narrow and long. It was supported by pillars sprouting out of churning lava. Suspicious carvings could be seen on each of them. Maybe it was the reason the lava hasn't eaten them away.
