This cosmic force lay at the core of his battle power and ran through his very bloodline, intertwined with the scarlet flames that surged within him.

Lost in thought, Cain barely noticed the lake trembling beneath him. It wasn't until the ground began to quake violently, the entire place collapsing in on itself due to the loss of the blue lotuses, that he snapped back to awareness.

Not wanting to be trapped under tons of dirt and rocks, Cain unfurled his massive wings without hesitation. With a mighty thrust, he ascended swiftly, rising above the lake just before it transformed into nothing more than a small pool filled with debris from the rocks that caved in.
