Bab 125: Training new skills

There were many things on Cain's mind once he reached his residence, but he was too tired. After bowing to his father's altar, taking a shower, and eating a small meal, he went to bed.

Although he could use Embryonic Breathing to shorten the time, it was good to relax from time to time. A bow's string had to be tense, but if pushed too much, it could break.

Only after a good night of sleep did Cain begin to address his affairs. He took out the crystal card with information about the Visualization Technique, Free Ego, and Embryonic Breathing and went through every point. 

It took more than four hours for Cain to grasp the essence of all the knowledge Zarak left in the crystal card. 

"Embryonic Breathing has different levels. I am currently at the first level, where my body recovers much faster, and my mind can find tranquility with little effort. I can also revolve my Astral Wave much faster, improving my cultivation and energy recovery.
