Bab 115: Good idea

My eyes narrowed. Instead of thinking about what he said I wandered around again. In the middle, we stopped. I faced him again. He was still looking at me. Actually, since earlier. He didn't even bother to look at the beautiful scenery. His attention was focused only on me. It was like I am more important than anything in this world. Than these thousands of bright roses.

My breathing hitched when he positioned himself behind me. He hugged me from behind. I covered my mouth. My heart pounded faster.

"I like watching you happy, smiling ... with me."

I did not speak.

He kissed my shoulder. "I heard you're joining the cooking competition? Do you need help in practicing? I can assist you if you want."

He chuckled.

"It's not yet sure. Maybe I won't be chosen to represent ADU. But still, I want to try my luck. I'll just do my best."

"That's my girl."

"But you can't assist me! You're just a distraction!"
