"Not you," Lucas curtly interjected and Rudolf immediately shut his mouth.

"I meant, its a miracle his appetite suddenly improved," Lucas continued with a pensive expression. His words might have been plain on the surface, but there were complex insinuations to it.

Prince Derek had finished the meal she served him and had disregarded his ego and viciousness to heal the same scald he'd inflicted himself?

What was more to this? 

A leopard could never change its spots.

If someone like Derek could go against his innate principles, then there wasn't anything impossible in the world anymore.

Or else the strange occurrences couldn't be as they seemed from the outside. Maybe Prince Derek still had his mischievous reasons to it.
