Bab 73: Eagle Tribe's Prodigy

Sue watched the sun kiss the sky once more. She stayed all night on the rooftop of the cozy small inn that her father built for her years ago. Being an inn was a lie. It was not an abandoned inn but a place built by her father. According to Lior, it took him years to complete this small piece of a home next to the Python Tribe's sacred lake. Lior said that her father sounded so sure that she would like it.

Through the years, her father acted as if he knew what the future 'her' would become. 

'Does this mean that he also knew what I have been through?' This question lingered in her mind all night long.

As she stared at the glistening clear blue lake, the cold touch of the wind on her skin did not register in her chaotic mind.

A fluffy palm-sized three-tailed white fox appeared out of thin air, falling directly on her lap with an oomph. This had pulled Sue Terin from her trance. "Lordie? How did you get here?"
