I heard multiple explosions go off, but remained calm as I said to Serena, who was accompanying me.

"Serena, Stay behind me."

"Got it, I'll buff you."

She answered and numerous buffs were placed on me as I drew my Sword and enveloped myself in flames.

"Damn...the bitch had a protector, huh, and here I was thinking it was going to be easy."

I heard him speak...a being I recognized far too well. Someone belonging to a race I had clashed with previously.

Black Skin, Horns, Purple Eyes...A Demon. And a Pretty Strong one at that.

"Oh well, I'll have fun skinning you at least!"

It said joyfully, and its mana of Chaos clashed with my flames.

Multiple explosions went off in the background, accompanied by some screams from students.

Three Beams of White light went up the sky, in a far-off area where a slight crackle of thunder could be heard.
