They had to stop them before it was damaged.

So after getting close enough, Huang Xie, Yu Huang, and Tie Yong ran out.

There was no reason for Yu Huang to go out, but for some reason, he went out with Huang Xie. The two of them seemed to be working together, even though they should have been rivals that didn't get along.
