Bab 28: Crown Prince

One of the ministers in the throne room was stealing glances at the Emperor who was busy reading some papers and printing the royal tag on them after making sure everything was just like his majesty wants while sitting on his throne and enjoying the cool breeze that was coming from the fans which were moved by the two true bloods stating in his sides.

This minister is thirty-three years old and his name is Winston. He likes the Emperor a lot even though he is already mated, married, and has kids, he can't stop himself from liking the Emperor...

By liking he means he wants to have sexual contact with his majesty. Winston secretly was ready to resign his position as a minister and become one of the Emperor's brodalisque, but this was not possible because he is the complete opposite of what Octavius likes.

And he does not even have the three most important conditions the brodalisques should have which are age, virginity, and looks.
