Bab 127: Sarah Dexter

the next day...

A small apartment not far from the city center. A teenage girl with straight, shoulder-length hair, round eyes, thin lips, and an aquiline nose is carrying a Snoppy-shaped backpack. She also wears a white mask with a Snoppy image on it.

Her eyes are slightly red from staying up all night. She is annoyed because she had bet all her money on Elverne's stock and it was currently in a slump.

"Should I just sell it? But so much loss!! Sigh, if I come during the meeting of the board of directors, maybe Daddy will catch me. But if I don't come I won't understand the development of that company and lose all my money!" she mutters out of the apartment.

"My apologies for disturbing you, are you Miss Dexter?" asked a man who suddenly pats her back lightly.

"Who??" Sarah asks confused, she feels she does not know the man. A man neat looking, handsome, nearly thirty years old. Too old to be her friend.
