Bab 38: Introspection

Baron's POV:

I hugged Matilda. She hadn't been sleeping well today. I think it was because of the extraordinary witch power in her body.

Witches had always been mysterious existences. Unless she was willing to tell you everything, no one knew what gift fate had given them. There were too many mysteries in her, that inexplicable power… she could fling an Alpha aside and even lift a car easily.

Would this power grow stronger? We didn't know whether this power would bring destruction or new life. We could only observe for now.

I had never been in such a situation. Werewolves' and witches' bloodlines did not appear in the same person simultaneously. This was something everyone knew. I had heard that this kind of witch and werewolf bloodlines existed simultaneously, but that person could only choose one in the end. The other bloodline would naturally disappear as time passed.
