Bab 38: Chapter 38 Tenkaichi Budokai begins

The man at the counter said.

"We will now begin the Tenkaichi Budokai which takes place every five years. To determine the strongest martial artist under the heavens. Thank you for coming from all around the globe." he said.
"According to registration, there are a total of 138 fighters from different parts of the world. The eight fighters will be chosen and allowed to fight in the actual tournament. So this is more like a selection process rather than the actual tournament." he continued.
