Bab 173: We are Too Late

Yang Ran ate her meal with Eric before the man sent her back to the house where she had lived previously.

Just as Eric had said, the house was already cleaned. Yang Ran looked into the refrigerator to drink some water and noticed that there were a few snacks prepared as well.

She walked around the place and realized that Eric must have assigned someone to look after this place once in a while when she was not around. If it was up to her, she really would not be this meticulous to think of doing such a thing.

A faint sigh escaped her.

Eric was very good to her. But she could not give what he wanted from her.

After finishing her drink, Yang Ran went into her bedroom and looked around. Once she was satisfied that she could not find anything strange, Yang Ran sat on her bed and took out her phone. She called Qi Ming Wei's number to update him on her whereabouts.
