Bab 77: Green v. Evans (Lawsuit)

George had a psychotic smile on his face, mirroring Sylvia's huge one.

As a matter of fact, he had zero cards left in his hands except for his talent as a lawyer, i.e. the ability to bluff. He also wanted to give her a good scare.

'I'll be calling her on her bullshi*' he thought to himself, deciding to gamble. "I understand," He started dramatically gathering his papers around and closing his briefcase after putting everything there.

"I wish you good luck in your lawsuit. However, prepare yourself for mine as an acting state prosecutor," he openly threatened her.

Sylvia who had been in her zone for the last few minutes was secretly nervous now, if the devil was serious about prosecution, then she should be desperate for a peaceful settlement right about now, but she wanted to be the one who left with the most gains.

"What might your lawsuit be about?" She said with sarcasm that hid her true fear.
