Bab 55: Chapter 55

Guilt attacked her so much that it ached her heart because here she is, enjoying herself, but her brother might now have what to eat.

The thoughts made her face saddened but she did not want to cry because it might be improper for her. The Eatery was a small and comfortable one, and even though everyone saw Gael, they acted so normally, other than fall over him like a celebrity.

Gael noticed that Yvonne had zoned out of the present, and he felt a little bit worried about her case. When he had asked her to take anything that he is going to pay for, the lady thought he was making gest of her, thus, to make her feel more comfortable, he had paid before they started having their meal.

The young man watched with amazement how Yvonne fought to maintain her manners. There is nothing much of a thing to do right now other than what she enjoys herself.
