Cillian kept tapping on the button to call the elevator. He needs to get out of here. There's something seriously wrong. He can feel the feelings of this life, suppressing his own.

Cillian bit his lip. That means the Celestials know what is he up to. By infusing power in the soul-flakes, it allows Stellar to become stronger and wake up sooner. Bliss must've found out and reported it to the Celestials.

Cillian checked Bloom and saw that his access was restricted. He couldn't enhance his body and shut off the pain sensory. This only made him more confident that they knew.

Cillian doesn't know why, but he's deathly afraid of pain. He can't recall the memory behind it. That's why each time he made sure no matter what happens, he wouldn't feel pain.

Not being able to shut off the pain sensory makes him feel vulnerable. They have his memories and know him by heart. They knew it would make him feel that way.
