As soon as Cecile arrived he began climbing a structure at the center of the arena which looked like stairs leading to what could be considered an altar at the very top.

As Cecile climbed the stairs his eyes chilled as he saw a strange figure at the top and not a bishop or a priest as he was expecting.

Upon seeing the figure, Cecile fell on both knees and bowed respectfully. Everyone watching instantly lowered their heads in fear as well. It is not every day the regional head appears. Especially in a ceremony like this just to bless an aspiring knight of light.

Seeing Cecile's natural reaction to her, Rose's suspicion dropped drastically. That was the natural reaction of all her subordinates which cannot be faked. Seeing the way he acted he was sure the kid was legit now but it wouldn't hurt to peer into his eyes and be sure.
