Well, not so innocent, he did a lot of deplorable things, but all within the thought of everything being a video game, he simply had no idea that what he was doing had real weight.

Thankfully, Planta roughly took away his soul and healed it, letting it go afterwards. Arthur's avatar had been completely pulverized, but at the very least his real-life self would be fine, perhaps with some constipation and headache though.
