Bab 140: I Still Love Him

Ava was sitting on the bed in Maddie's bedroom staring into nothingness.

This has become her favorite thing to do. For the past week that she left Mason's penthouse, she hasn't left Maddie's apartment, she hardly even left the bedroom except for the few trips she made to the kitchen to make herself some tea when Maddie wasn't around. She barely ate, she had lost so much weight in just one week and was gradually becoming skinny. She had no appetite for food.

Ava wiped a tear from the corner of her eyes as she kept thinking about all the good times she had with Mason. The kisses the hugs, the gifts, the times they spent getting to know each other, the lovemaking, the way Mason made her feel loved. It was all a lie. She felt...

"You can't remain like this, you've been indoors for a week, you need to step out," Maddie said pulling Ava out of her thoughts.
