Bab 99: I Will Fix It

Maddie had come to spend the weekend at Trevor's and she was in his kitchen making some coffee for herself when a knock came on his front door, Trevor was in the shower so she decided to check who was at the door. 

With her cup of coffee in one hand, Maddie went to open the door. She was surprised to find Trevor's mother standing there and immediately the smile on Maddie's face vanished, and the same with Trevor's mom. They both weren't expecting to see each other there.

Since their first encounter at the restaurant, they haven't seen each other. Trevor told Maddie that his mother has come to accept her because he told his mother that Maddie is the woman he wants to be with. 

Trevor promised Maddie that his mother would not be rude to her again and that she would be nicer the next time they meet. But with the look that Trevor's mother was giving her as she stood at the door, Maddie seriously doubted if any of the things that Trevor told her were true.
