Bab 2: A Package from Zara
After the news was release, Prime Minister John Volk came to the palace. He came to meet the king. Currently, the King doesn't know that he was captured by a paparazi when he was out of a hotel with Zara.
"This is a hot news today, let's check"
Prime Minister gave a newspaper to the king.
"I think this news is very important, is not normal if Prime Minister comes only for the news", said the king.
"You can check it by your self"
The king read the newspaper and saw the pictures. He was shocked, but he try to make the prime minister calm.
"Yes, I met her but believe me, we didn't do anything"
"I just want to a reminder that the crown prince must come from the queen consort. If you have another child with your ex, your younger brother will take the crown prince's place"
King Zylian II realize that he did something wrong yesterday. He should not meet Zara, because he knows that he and Zara will never be together. He will only leave Zara in a difficult situation if the world knows about his relationship with Zara.
"Don't worry, I know that", said the King.
Prime Minister left the King's study.
In the palace garden, Queen Clara walks with her barefoot, she is dancing in the garden alone. The king saw her from his study room window. He feels sorry for her.
"I know she is innocent", said the king.
However, the king loves Zara most, but the king also has a bit of love for Clara because she is a nice and humble person. The King remembers when the first time he met Clara. It was a Charity event held by the University of Snowland. Clara become the head of the comitee, and King Zylian who still a crown prince was became a guest at the event. Clara was young and beautiful at that time.
Three months later, the former king died. Clara was invited to the funeral of the former king because she is the daughter of Duke Brown of Bluestone. King Zylian seemed very sad at that time. Clara looked at King Zylian. She met him and try to comfort him.
The former queen (Zylian's mother) saw Zylian and Clara were together. They looked fit as a couple. Then queen dowager tries to push zylian to approach Clara to become his wife. But King Zylian just broke his heart after his ex "Zara" left him without any news. He didn't care about his marriage fate, he just agree with his mother and he proposed to Clara. Clara was in love with King Zylian. She was really happy at that time. But why does she look so sad now?
The king still looking at her wife who dancing alone in the garden. Not long after, the rain fell on the garden. But Clara still continue to dancing while the rain fell and make her clothes so wet. The king wonders why his wife doesn't stop. He began to feel worried about his wife.
"Why she doesn't stop, she will get fever after this"
The king runs to the garden to meet the queen. But the king doesn't know that the queen is crying in the rain.
"Clara, stop! You will be sick!"
But Clara seems that she doesn't hear the king's voice. She is still dancing. The King runs to her and hugs her.
"Please stop"
Clara was just silent. The King carries her to her bedroom. Then he realized that his wife was crying.
"Are you ok, why are you crying?" asked the King.
But Clara is just silent. The King and Queen have arrived at the Queen's bedroom.
"Your majesty, what's the matter?" asked lady Daniela, a palace lady who serve Clara.
"Please help her and change her clothes", asked the king.
"Yes, your majesty"
While Clara takes a bath, King Zylian asks Lady Daniela what happened with the queen.
"Today her majesty reading a newspaper"
"Hmm.. I see, I will talk to her. Please tell her, I will spend a night with her tonight"
"Yes, your majesty"
The night has come, and the king came to his wife's bedroom. But Clara closed her eyes. She pretend to be asleep because she didn't want to speak with the king. The king hugs her.
"I am sorry to make you disappointed. Zara and I are only old friends, I visited her but not staying with her", told the king.
But Clara is just silent. The king touch her face and found that Clara was crying.
"Honey, am I hurting you? Please forgive me. I promise there is no woman besides you"
The King kisses the queen's lip, then they sleep together.
In the morning, Clara just woke up. But Zylian has left the queen's bedroom. Then Clara takes her breakfast alone. When she ate her breakfast, Lady Daniela come to meet Clara and gave her a box.
"This is a package for you", said Daniela.
"Just put it on my desk"
"Yes, your majesty".
After Clara had her breakfast, she check the box and open it. When she checked it, it made a shock.
"What is it?"
There is some picture of Zylian and Zara when they spent a night together. And the package was sent by Zara.
Clara was very angry about it. She runs to King's Study and brings the pictures.
"Honey, why are you coming here?" asked the King.
Clara was just silent. She threw the pictures to the king. Then she left him without speaking anything. Zylian takes the photos and saw his picture with Zara in bed.
"What the hell are you doing Zara?"
The King calls Zara by phone. He asked about what happened today.
"I just want her to know that she steal my man", said Zara.
"Zara, please! You know that I am in a difficult situation, I need an heir and only Clara can give it to me"
"Why this world is not fair to me. We love each other, but just end up like this"
"I will find the way for us, but please don't do like this anymore".
The king cut the phone, then run to the queen's room.
"Let's divorce", said Clara.
