Bab 270: The Final Struggle

He took a deep breath and took out the arrow and shot it straight towards his name before he came running for them.

The arrow struck in its shoulders and it roared again this time with more violence. But thanks to its thick skin, he was not injured much. But the poison had still made him irritated.

His head snapped to their direction and he started to look wildly as if trying to guess their exact position.

Alex did not stop. He shot second, third and fourth arrows in continuity until he got injured badly. But not if it had been successful in injuring it fatally.

He was getting scratches and poison was mixing but it was not enough. It needs to pierce the skin of the bear to make it effective.

He kept firing the arrows in rounds but it only helped the beast in knowing where they were hiding.
