Bab 43: I'm Not Worthy Of You

In the next few days that came after the announcement of the Tang Corps. Anniversary, the socialite circle was bustling with gossip about the upcoming banquet. Both the upper and lower echelons of the city were anticipating the anniversary. The upper class wanted to use the chance to show off their stance in such a banquet where all dignitaries were bound to attend. The lower wanted to use the chance to suck up to the upper echelons and clinch for benefits.

All in all, a lot of people were looking forward to the upcoming party.
