Li Rou looked at the man , trying to gauge his thoughts from his expression. But, the man was silent. He was only staring at her without even a hint of fluctuations in them.

Meanwhile, Fu Tinghao was in a dilemma. He was considering ways to reject her without hurting her self-esteem. Although, he seemed very easy-going and interacting with others quite well, he actually had zero to no experience with women emotionally.

He considered waving her words off as a joke but when he saw how focused her gaze was, he understood that she wasn't going to let the matter go so easily.

So, he decided to be hardhearted and nip the issue off as soon as possible.
