After a while, Ed finally cleared the robot's original program instructions. It was winter, but he was so tired that he was sweating.

 "Mr. Smith, do you need to rest for a while before the match?" Tan Rou asked kindly.

 Ed would not let a girl look down on him. He insisted, "No need. Let's start the competition now!"

 Tan Rou would usually agree to her opponent's request. Since Ed said that they didn't need to rest, there was no need for them to waste any more time.

 "Alright." Tan Rou had a gentle smile on her face. 

"Since we're going to compete, we need someone to be the witness. I think Mayor Guo would be a suitable candidate."

 Mayor Guo was very happy to be the notary. He smiled and said, "Okay, then I'll be the notary. However, I'm not familiar with robots. As for the results of the competition, it'll be up to the audience to judge."
