Bab 293: Taxi taking you home

"Uncle Bai, I can't get away right now. Could you help me gather some herbs according to the prescription?" Tan Rou wrote a note for Bai Jing.

Bai Jing was glad to help her. "Give it to me; I'll go outside to gather the herbs."

Tan Rou handed him the prescription, which she had written herself. She was not afraid of it being seen by others, especially since she trusted Bai Jing implicitly.

Bai Jing briefly glanced at the prescription; some of the herbs listed were the same as those he had provided for Madam Zhuang, only with slight variations in the amounts. However, there were a few herbs he had not used before, which seemed not for treating physical weakness, but rather like something to counteract poison.
