Bab 98: The Plate

"Are the rest of you coming?" Jonathan asked Angela and Ezekiel who were both still standing beside Kylie.

He hoped that at least one of them would help him out since even he knew it would be difficult by himself.

"I'm staying here for now." Ezekiel said not wanting to look into Jonathan's eyes. When the crowd of people were shoving and getting violent earlier over the single plate of food that no one had seen yet it scared Ezekiel. It had scared him so much that he decided it would be better for him to stay out of what Jonathan was doing.

"I will go with you then." Angela spoke up walking beside Jonathan. With this, Jonathan and Angela said their goodbyes to the rest before heading toward the woods.

A mass of over 40 people was pretty noisy so Angela and Jonathan were able to locate them pretty quickly. In a small clearing in the middle of the woods, there was a single table with a single plate on it.
