Bab 675: Chapter 347: Taking Action

In the forest, a giant wolf was dashing wildly.

Mud and flecks of blood flung from its four paws.

The two-meter-tall enormous body showed extraordinary agility.

Tens of meters behind it, a black-haired, robust man wielding a sword and shield shouted, "Third, don't let it escape! This is our only chance!"

"I'm aiming!" A lightly dressed ranger, standing on a nearby tree trunk, raised his bow to shoot arrows.

Unfortunately, the giant wolf was too fast. The arrows had no chance of striking it.

"Damn it!" The black-haired man cursed, and a female voice from behind him said, "I'll do it!"

A blonde woman in her thirties, clad in light robes and wielding a magic staff, waved it at the distance.

Fist-sized fireballs shot out one after another.

The giant wolf couldn't react in time, being hit by several fireballs. Its fur ignited, filling the air with the smell of burnt hair. It rolled a couple of times, extinguishing the flames on its body.
