On the last day of the conference, it was announced that Matthew will deal with the rogues while Drigo will take care of the Hybrids. Many werewolves immediately complained as they wanted Drigo to deal with the rogues instead.

However, at the end of the day, Ulva said that they are going to respect each prince's choice. Obviously, many assumed that Matthew chose the werewolves because dealing with the rogues is easier than the Hybrids. Which only proves that Drigo was stronger than Matthew.
