Bab 160: The Calm Matthew

Anchorage Alaska

*BANG*

"Sir, I'm so sorry but we couldn't stop him."

Jude's eyes widened as he saw Matthew striding towards him.

"What are you— "

"Where is she?" Matthew asked in a calm yet threatening tone.

"What?"

"Where is Ava?"

Almost immediately, Jude's face paled. He looked at one of his security. "Leave us alone!" he hissed.

"But sir…"

"I said leave us alone!"

"A— Alright!" the security immediately left, closing the door behind him.

"Where is she?" Matthew asked calmly for the third time. Which honestly frightened Jude. The man had a penchant for doing what he wanted. Stopping him would be very hard. So… why was he so calm now?

"Answer me."

Jude shivered when he saw Matthew's eyes turn golden. He couldn't move. He couldn't do a thing against the man.

"Don't make me hurt you Caro."

"She—" Jude gulped. "I don't know."
