"When Yu Wei died, I promised myself one thing," Jin Shifeng sighed as she spoke, "As I stood in front of her grave, I promised myself that I'd avenge her. I thought if I did that, she would come back, but as time passed, I realized how naive I had been. It didn't matter if I punished her murderer or not. In the end, she was already gone from this world and would never come back. As soon as that thought crossed my mind, I felt helpless and could not do anything. Unlike your case, there was no miracle for me. Even if I wanted to summon her back in another body, I could not do it."

Jin Shifeng sighed as she lowered her head in guilt and continued, "I cannot put myself in your shoes but if I could, I'm sure I would have also experienced the same feeling. If Yu Wei were to suffer because of me... I'm sure I would have hated it more than anything else in the world."
