And the urgency in Heather's voice a while ago, he knew he should have accompanied her when she said she will tail Amanda and Hannah.

He clenched his hands harder on the steering wheel as he drove as fast as what was allowed in the road.

Though he knew, Heather did something because all the signal lights he passed through were always green. Making his drive faster and smoother.

But the one doing it wasn't bad as there was never one car that ended up losing its course because of the changes.

He was not only mad at himself for not accompanying her, he was a bit mad at her for not asking for his help.

Even during their younger years, she had never asked for his help.

He knew she was strong and he respects and acknowledges her for that. But sometimes he wished she would ask for his help.

That she would rely on him.
