"What's it, daddy?" I glance up at him.

"So, where's the assignment?"

"Here it is, dad." I place the book on his thighs, "that's the assignment, dad." I open a page in the children's study book that I got.

"The alphabet? Is that the assignment you were given?"

"Yes, daddy, it is." I tried to show him the particular question with my pencil, but I *mistakenly* threw the pencil on the floor.

"Oops. I will get the pencil, dad," I knelt on the floor, and made to get the pencil I would have got while sitting on the bed.
