"Did you tell Marion and Will? What did they say?" Gabriella asked Emily who had just arrived at the hospital and was immediately preparing to help with whatever Gabriella needed.
Emily nodded.
"Yes, Will called. I think he had something important to say, but it didn't happen. We'll think about it later. Now, tell me what I can do for J?"
Gabriella pulled back the blanket covering the man's body. He was dead, she said. However, his body was still warm and flushed like a healthy human being. However, the strangeness was in the abdomen right at the solar plexus.
A bluish color, like a bruise, was there. It made Emily frown when she first saw it.
"What is it?" asked the woman who slowly pressed on the area, and the bluish color would fade when pressed, as if it was a sign that what she was seeing right now was definitely not the norm.
"Do you think the same as me?" asked Gabriella.
