Shrugging the thought off my mind, I leaned towards him and gave him a brief kiss—just a simple peck.

"Goodnight, my sly and evil husband."

He chuckled at my words. Then, he leaned toward me and kissed me back, probably unsatisfied with my peck.

'I knew it. He really won't let it be a normal kiss, would he?'

He caressed my cheeks and neck as he kissed me slowly as if savoring every part of my lips. I closed my eyes and responded in the same slow kisses.
