Lord Mycroft's hands clenched tightly around the armrest of his chair.

"Lord Menarx, I will trouble you to find the source of the contamination." Lord Mycroft requested.

"The residues of dark magic are only visible to Neveah's eyes. There is not much Menarx can do." Everon pointed out.

Lord Mycroft's gaze reluctantly moved to Neveah. There was still a thick tension, given that it was still uncertain if Lord Mycroft intended to reveal what he had seen about Neveah to the other great lords.

"Lady Neveah, if it is only visible to your eyes, then I request your aid as Lord of Scabbard." Lord Mycroft requested, despite his reluctance.

"I will owe you a favour." Lord Mycroft added.

"It is no favor. Do what you must, as will I... restoring the peace of Fort Scabbard is the priority." Neveah clarified.
