Bab 396: Temple

Lucien left the other three and made use of the coin's ability to be invisible for ten minutes to get to the temple. 

He raced towards the hill at top speed. Cleverly avoiding the giant worm monsters patrolling the area.

The more he got near towards the temple, the more difficult it was to avoid the monsters. There's barely any ground left.

Multiple thorny dead vines are growing on the ground before the temple entrance. At any slight movement, the thorny vines will slither and try to capture even a small insect that lost its way.

Lucien was forced to stop and look at the scattered sharp thorns of vines, slithering like snakes coiled in the moist damp swamp.

"Can this blade kill these things?" Lucien stared at his blade with its explosive black mist and the vines that were thickly coiled around each other.

Instinct told him fighting these vines will cause him more damage than the lotus vines.
