Keith was about to say something but did not get a chance to voice out his words. A loud boom shook the whole forest. The ground trembled and some of the animals, especially monkeys, fell from the tall branches.
The girl squealed and attempted to crawl through the invisible wall again. But Lucien stopped her.
"Don't move." He warned. He also pulled Keith closer by grabbing his arm.
"Don't touch me." Keith tried to whisk his arm away, but Lucien did not let go.
The others who were stuck in the same neighboring square space were also crouching down, staying as far away from the side as possible.
"Ahhh!! Lord help me!!"
"God! What's happening?!"
"Please don't be zombies. I don't want to see zombies again!"
"I don't want to die! I don't want to die. Someone save me!"
Just imagine they are in Narnia. You got a whole bunch of talking and cheering animals there right? LOL.
P.S. Sorry no mini-theatre for this chapter.
Readers~ can you suggest me novels with psychologically broken gong/tachi/seme and 'I will fix you' shou/neko/uke vibe type? I'm reading 'Mistakenly saving the villain' and it was so good. Now I want more ~
