They seem to have obtained it from a group of merchants. They were in a caravan and planning to transport this item to the nearby 6th Tower.

However, they were stopped from entering the Tower because one of them was actually affected by the Black Decay… They were planning to return to their place and this was the time Yasin noticed them.
