Bab 101: Staying At Harkin’s Place Part 1

***ALEX'S POV***

I felt a little awkward as I hugged Jasper earlier, but not as awkward as I was feeling right now. I was about to take a bath and change clothes in this fairy tale world house of Jake's. Or should I say in Harkin's house. And what was worse, it was his dad who had insisted that I do this.

What was even worse was that Jasper had gone into his own closet and gotten some of the clothes of his late wife. He hadn't had the strength to get rid of them when she had died, and now he was feeling relieved that he still had them. He was able to offer a woman something to wear in her time of need.
