She took Karan's advice. After dressing up, Priyanka asked the servants to assist her in cooking for the poor while she prepared food for the family. In less than an hour, she was done with it. 

"Continue with the cooking, I will be back," she told the Chief cook before going upstairs. 

Aanya was awake when she got there. She bathed and dressed her up for the day. When she was done, Priyanka brought her downstairs to eat. She had no time to do that and yet, she did not forget Mohni's son. She bathed Rahul as well. When she told him that they would play today, h was so excited that he did notice his mother's absence.

Priyanka knew it was not his fault. Most of the time, Mohni left the maids to take care of him. She only carried him around when Varun was home.
