Eve stared back at Vincent, her blue eyes subtly moving to look into both his eyes. He didn't add more words or explain more about his demand, keeping it simple. But if there was one thing she had learned about him after spending time with him, it was that there was nothing simple when it came to this pureblooded vampire who held her entire heart.

With everyone in the mansion busy with their own things, Eve didn't see any reason why she shouldn't agree. Especially when the thought of returning to her room and bed felt lonelier than usual. She replied, 

"I don't have my night clothes to wear here with me."
