Bab 149: Third Rate Thiefs

Up ahead, a large crowd had gathered around a widening in the path. A large structure made from planks and the trees seemed to be on the side where people had gathered up. We narrowed our eyes and listened a little closer to the sounds.

"Y-you have to wait in the line to enter the temple sirs!" A loud voice said. Temple? Was that one of the temples of the Earth? Seemed to check out considering it was likely the biggest structure we had seen in Raha for now.

"Hey! Don't you know this is? This is the grandson of the 3rd Consul! Grandson!"

"Grandson of the 3rd Consul? Whozzat?"

"Don't know, sounds like a bigshot."

"Let's go get an eye in!"

Well, I wanted to see the temple anyway. Nea probably had her doubts about whatever was happening up ahead, so I didn't mind going in. A consul's family member, seemed unlikely.
